High Carbon Steel Blade: Stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that is precision ground for durability. Includes an individually ground and honed edge for just the right flexibility and durability. Unique edge geometry ensures a long-lasting blade edge, and easily restored performance every time it's sharpened.
Durable Handle: Handle is made of Rosewood for a pleasing aesthetic and is slightly formed to make it comfortable for extended periods of use. Brass compression rivets attach the handle to the blade. Rivets shrink and swell with the wood, ensuring it maintains a tight fit.
