Traditional Style Water-Seal Crock Set, 5 liters: Heavy-duty glazed ceramic crock has a water-seal moat so carbon dioxide can escape while keeping dust and contaminants out. Includes a glazed lid and two unglazed, semi-circular stone weights. The crock holds approximately 5 lbs. of cabbage, which will yield about 2 quarts of sauerkraut per batch.

Triple-Blade Cabbage Cutter: Slice a whole head of cabbage in minutes! Also great for slicing potatoes and hard fruits like apples. Made of sturdy, hand-sanded bamboo. Includes removable sliding safety guard and finger-hold handle.
